My grandfather started his own stairlift company in 2005, With determination and a vision to enhance accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges, he built an efficient enterprise from the ground up. As I grew up, my brothers and I became profoundly involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, learning invaluable lessons in customer service, technical expertise, and business management from our grandfather. With my grandfather enjoying a well-deserved retirement, I, at the age of 17, I began to establish my own stairlift business, fueled by the knowledge and passion instilled in me by my grandfather. This is my family legacy built on dedication, hard work, and a commitment to assisting the elderly and Mobily challenged.

  • I just want to let everyone know about the most wonderful and professional experience I had with Stairlift King and Nico this afternoon. My elderly parent’s stairlift had stopped working and they were stranded downstairs in their home. Stairlift King was highly recommended and I called. Nico responded immediately. He came to the rescue and worked on their Acorn stairlift for hours today. In the end, we wound up having Nico replace their stairlift with a new unit because they rely so heavily on it every day Their stairlift had given them years of service and was finally worn out. Nico was amazing so polite, friendly, professional and so knowledgeable I just can’t say enough wonderful things about him and Stairlift King I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stairlift or repairs thank you so much Nico I don’t know what I would have done without you today!

  • I don't usually think of needing home repair services as a delightful experience, but this definitely was one. The chair lift repair was complicated by the fact that the chair has been out of production for quite some time and fixing it without available part replacement required knowledge and creative thinking. Neiko provided both with care, courtesy, kindness and respect for me and for my property. As indicated previously, this was a delightful experience.   • I wish I could give Neiko 10 stars. I came for a visit with my elderly dad and found out his 10 year old stair lift was not working. It would have been impossible for my dad to leave the house until we got it fixed. I was panicking that there would be some kind of emergency and I wouldn't be able to get him out. I called several places and Neiko was the only one who picked up right away. He was on another job and came as soon as he could, which was about an hour later. The stairlift wasn't even being manufactured any more but somehow Neiko got it working again. His fee was incredibly reasonable for all the time he spent. Thank you Neiko!
